Course progress and student notes associated with your account will be deleted upon account deletion. AI Legal Assistant conversations are not stored beyond your active session and are therefore not subject to deletion requests. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure session management using signed JWT cookies, and access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
